About Our Values:

We donate gifts and a portion (10-50%) of our profits to animal welfare organizations and local welfare organizations and charities. Just a few of our local animal organizations that are close to our hearts can be found on our Community Corner page along with donations we send.
We do not list all of our donations, like the yummy cakes we sent to the DARE group, the saint patty's day gifts sent to NCHS, the ... well you get the point, we love to help make a difference for pets all over the US.

We think every doggie and kitty cat should get a gift, so we keep our prices pretty close to our cost.
It is our idea that with excellent service and customers' re-orders and telling others about us, that we will grow slowly but in the right way.

As we grow we put a lot back into the local and national rescue groups that need our help so much! They do so much with so little.

We also offer all kinds of great gifts for a great cause on our products-Donation Gifts page. One of the gifts we offer is our Love A Shelter Pet Gift Basket, a great gift to give to a shelter Dog or Kitty Cat. Not only does a pooch or kitty get this great gift but 15% of this gifts proceeds go to that shelter! Plus we will pay for the shipping cost!

We are a home based company, so we use very little gas except to attend rescue events. We also help reduce customer gas consumption by delivering everything right to them.

Pampered Paw Gifts sends our gifts in recycled boxes and recycled packing peanuts. Our ice packs are earth friendly and reusable and they are completely non-toxic. Most ice packs on the market today contain Urea, a waste byproduct. These ice packs DO NOT contain waste byproducts!

To reduce paper use, we do not include a packing slip or invoice in our shipments, everything is available by email or can be viewed on our site under the customers member section. We also do not use a physical fax or phone line, we use Ring Central so everything is digital. Pampered Paw Gifts does not have a catalog in order to help save trees! Our newsletter is digital only so no paper is used for it as well.

We ship via USPS: The Postal Service has the largest civilian alternate fuel vehicle fleet in the nation.
Priority Mail® and Express Mail® boxes and envelopes are Cradle to CradleSM certified. So they can go right in the recycling bin.

We use water-based inks to print our shipping labels plus use carrier pick up for pick up of our orders since they are already dropping off our mail it reduces the gas used by us to take to the post office. They use refined bio-based oil, alternative fuels such as compressed natural gas, hydrogen, or ethanol gas, and re-tread tires on their fleet of Postal vehicles and constantly streamlining their delivery routes to reduce driving time and fuel use.

They are upgrading their buildings to reduce energy use. Their objective is to reduce their energy consumption 30% by 2015.

We offer only the finest products, made from natural and human-grade ingredients. We believe in, and we will always fight for kind and gentle treatment of all animals. We strongly support organizations that fight cruelty to animals. To the best of our knowledge any products that use or endorse does not participate in animal testing in their manufacturing. We specialize in healthy treats.

We will discontinue products if we discover less than wholesome ingredients. We carry only treats that are tested and approved by the official Pampered Paw Team, treat testers. Pictures of the team, testing treats (such a hard job to do) can be seen in our meet our team section.
